Christoph Graeber

Christoph has been investing in land since 2019 — and it's what made his move from Germany to the United States possible. Before land, he spent years in corporate sales management at major enterprise software companies, where he learned how to build systems, lead teams, and close at scale. He brought that same discipline into the land business and never looked back.

Today, Christoph stays active across multiple worlds: land investing, coaching, and work in AI and software — because he believes the best operators never stop building.

As a coach within the Land Profit Generator program, Christoph focuses on helping students cut through the noise and build deals that actually close. He teaches the real stuff — acquisition systems, seller conversations, due diligence, and the mindset it takes to go from zero to consistent. Outside of business, sport and fitness are a non-negotiable part of his life, and so is his dedication to family. That commitment to showing up — in business, in health, and at home — is what he brings to every coaching relationship.
