Hi, I’m Demery Garber—wife, mom, real estate investor, and coach. After earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and working in a hospital setting, I developed a strong foundation in relationship-building, consistency, and trust—skills that now fuel my success in business.

I began my real estate journey in 2015 with single-family rentals, expanded into house flipping, and eventually small multifamily. But everything shifted when I discovered land investing. After joining LPG in 2019 and taking action immediately, I closed my first deal within months—and never looked back.

With the right mentorship and systems (including building a team with a VA and using automation), I was able to scale quickly, replace my 9–5, and transition into full-time land investing. In 2024, we welcomed another baby into our family, and one of the greatest gifts this business has given me is the flexibility to keep her home with me while still working the business.
