Michelle Ferrara

Hi, I'm Michelle Ferrara and I am a teacher and real estate investor who has successfully created a great income since 2018 using the Land Profit Generator System alongside my husband Alan. My background is in the performing arts and education. I have performed in many plays and concerts, taught theater at an Arts Magnet High School and directed plays, which I absolutely love. I love to teach, but began to look for a way to create a side business for myself that would boost my income a few years ago. I searched all over and considered several options before deciding that land flipping using Jack and Michelle’s system was the best possible road for me to take! Wow, was I right! Some of our deals have equaled or been higher than my yearly salary as a teacher. I love creating win-win situations for both the sellers and buyers in which everyone benefits from a deal. We have helped numerous people get rid of land that they no longer had an interest in and then turned around and sold those parcels to people who really appreciated it. It feels good to put deals like that together. I am a big proponent of family entrepreneurship and am very happy that I can share this journey not only with my husband, but with my sons as well. This business is something that can enrich my family generationally and that is an amazing thing to create. I am very enthusiastic to teach women, men, and families how to take more control of their finances and enjoy their own success by flipping land. I heard a quote once that really resonates with me.
