Hi, my name is Soenke Baesler (though many of my American partners know me simply as John). I live near Hamburg, Germany, but my land business is fully virtual—designed to run from anywhere in the world while I travel abroad. What drives my success is building passive income through seller financing and note investing, while staying laser-focused on core strengths. I believe that focus is the key success factor in any business—it increases profits, simplifies operations, and creates the freedom to live life on your own terms.

My professional journey began with nearly ten years at a consulting company, where I learned how to solve complex problems for global clients. But my real passion has always been in building wealth through real estate. About eight years ago, I discovered Jack and Michelle’s program. At first, I was skeptical, but I decided to take action and invest in the Land Profit Generator. Despite unique challenges as a non-U.S. resident (like the time difference, lack of SSN, and additional legal hurdles), I pushed through and soon closed my first land deals. That moment changed everything.

What I love most about the land business is the ability to create passive income - whether through seller financing (Deeds of Trust, Contracts for Deed, mortgages) or buying and selling notes - while at the same time outsourcing and automating the majority of operations. This model allows me to focus deeply on my core strengths, which increases revenue and profits, while freeing up time for my family, friends, and hobbies.

Beyond building my own land business, I’m passionate about coaching others. Nothing excites me more than helping people grow into confident land entrepreneurs who achieve their financial freedom and lifestyle goals.
